Increasing your own self worth is something that never stops and can only make you feel good about yourself in every way. Without having the self worth of yourself is leading a life of unfulfilled promise and a definite lack of self-esteem. It not only as an adverse effect on you, but also on the people that are close to you. Although you might feel a lack of self worth within yourself, you are probably unaware that you are worth a lot to your family and close friends. Do not underestimate your contribution to your community, whether it be small or maybe on a much larger scale. You are probably much more valued than you will ever know.
